RICK MARZEC, Founder/President
Rick helps clients think in new ways by utilizing his 25+ years of eclectic experience in all aspects of macro and micro communications. He's teamed with a smorgasbord of 200+ B2B, B2C and B2E clients, allowing him to take a successful approach from one industry and apply it to another. Through asking the right questions and listening closely, Rick's particularly adept at helping clients see beyond their own internal "muck" to identify and create more effective sales-lead messaging and communications for all media forms.
Previous roles in his career have included advertising agency work (e.g. VP Account Director) and a stint as Director of Marketing with a financial firm. Along with expertise in marketing, messaging and positioning, Rick's skill set of “ings” includes producing, managing, educating, training, performing and gardening.
ADAM FLUCK, Content Strategist
Adam possesses nearly two decades of professional communications and marketing experience, including 15 seasons with the Chicago Bulls, where he created and managed content for the team’s website, social media channels and enewsletter. His other endeavors include generating national marketing campaigns for Guaranteed Rate, writing for the Big Ten Network and assisting Scottie Pippen, one of the NBA’s all-time greats, with his social media accounts.
PAT NAVIN, Founder/Consultant
After nearly three decades with Hear Spot Run and Inverse Marketing, Pat retired to bike the roads of California and elsewhere. But he hasn’t completely given up the opportunity to sit in front of a keyboard and bang out terrific copy. He possesses an unequaled knack for taking a blank page and creating meaningful prose that sells or motivates. Pat's background in improvisation and stand-up comedy sharpened his ability to understand and reach audiences through humor, insight and creativity. He continues to remain a strong influence on Inverse Marketing.
